In the globalized world, India stands at the crucial moment of establishing itself as economic superpower but this can easily go awry if we do not harness the human resource we have and put the same to the economic development of the country. It is well known to those who are faintly familiar with economics that Services sector is vital for the growth of the magical proportions we are dreaming of but where would the workforce for the Services sector come from? Certainly the general graduates who look for an opening in one or the other segment of Service sector. Hence, there is a significant relationship between the growth of Services sector and skilled youth ready to serve Services sector.
