We are pleased to inform you that we propose to edit a book titled “Customer Satisfaction towards Service Quality of Electrical Equipments” which will be published by a reputed publisher with ISBN number. Prospective authors are invited to contribute to this edited book. They are requested to send their original Research papers/ articles/ case studies related to the theme in interdisciplinary research in the field of any business management field and/or Electrical and Electronics Engineering, as per guidelines indicated below.
Theme
The authors can write any article on the theme “Customer Satisfaction towards Service Quality of Electrical Equipments” or any related topic.
Submission Guidelines
1. The manuscripts should preferably not exceeding 9 pages or 3000 words, typed 1.5 line spaced in Times New Roman with font size 12 on A4 size page with 1.5” wide margin on left and 1” on the right, top and left with proper numbering of pages (top right corner), tables and charts.
2. The general format (authors can have their own formats) of the article should consist of:
a. Title
b. Author (s) name and affiliation with email IDs
c. Abstract not exceeding 300 words with 4-6 keywords
d. Introduction
e. Objectives
f. Study Area
g. Data base and Research Methodology
h. Text – Interpretation – Analysis
i. Conclusion
j. References
k. Full Corresponding address of Author (s) with contact number (s) and email id (s).
3. The manuscripts should be accompanied by a declaration letter/email that the paper is original and has not been submitted elsewhere for publication.
4. References to be arranged alphabetically and given at the end of the text. Referencing can be done as per APA reference style/ format.
5. Authors are required to submit the manuscripts on or before 31stDecember 2015 to the email: esankaran@gmail.com in MS word format.
All papers will go through a blind review process and communication by E-mail. Finally, the editors reserve the right to make minor modifications or corrections of the paper, if required.
No Publication or processing fees; E-Book for every author

Dr.K.S.Meenakshi Sundaram holds double Ph.D., one in Management and another in Agricultural Extension. He also has dual management degrees one in Marketing Management and another in Personnel Management.
Dr.K.S.Meenakshi Sundaram has over 35 years of experience in Teaching, General Management, Personnel Administration, Training & Development, HRM and Faculties Management across industry verticals.

Professor and HOD of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at St.Joseph’s Institute of Technology, Chennai.
