The Sonoran Desert is a North American desert which covers large parts of
the Southwestern United States in Arizona and California, and of
Northwestern Mexico in Sonora, Baja California and Baja California Sur.
It is the hottest desert in North America, with an area of 260,000 sq. km.































Teotihuacan was an ancient Mesoamerican city located in
a sub-valley of the Valley of Mexico, located in
the State of Mexico, 30 miles northeast of the modern-day
Mexico City, known today as the site of many of the most
architectural significant Mesoamerican pyramids
built in the pre-Columbian Americas.
